    GOLD CIRCUIT ELECTRONICS LTD. (GCE) was established in 1981. In over two decades of operation, Quality and Customer Satisfaction have been our key principles. The market and our customers have moved towards diversification and a more global approach to business. Accordingly we have invested the SuZhou plant in Mainland China, which in addition to our existing Chung Li plant will increase our manufacturing capacity to over 1,000,000 sq. meters per month. We have plans to build a second factory in Suzhou to further increase our capacity as the market and our customer’s demand increases.
 
    In the past our focus has been on the computer-related products. (Servers, workstations, notebook personal computers and desktop personal computers, etc.). Over the past several years we have diversified into additional markets including telecommunications, networking, cell phones, high-current power supplies, storage, and many other exciting fields. Due to the rapid evolution within electronic products and the continuing trend towards technology differentiation we have increased our focus on Research & Development as well as short lead-times to improve our ability to support our customers in critical time-to-market applications.

    The market has become more demanding in regards to quality certifications, environmental protection, and fair labor practices. We have seen this trend for some time and have been accredited by ISO-9001,TL-9000,ISO-14001, and OHSAS18001. We have established a comprehensive quality system ensuring that our products can fully conform to customer requirements. We look to continuously improve the service level to our customers and have set-up service affiliates in the United States, Europe, Mainland China, Japan and Singapore to insure we maintain best-in-class service. Our goal is provide the best service to our customers and form partnerships which go beyond current business to include future technology requirements, price/cost goals, and other business trends that will allow for long-lasting win-win relationship.

    Because of the concept of sustainable operation of enterprise and prevent misbehavior, this policy is applicable to directors, attorneys, managers and all staff.

    1. All the business relationship should follow the standard of

        honesty. Any kind of bribery, extortion and defalcation are

        prohibited.

    2. The act of honesty and ethical behavior, when there is a

        conflict between personal and duty responsibilities, is

        consider as moral principles.   

    3. Cannot provide or accept bribery or any other improper

         revenue.

    4. Respect the rights of intellectual property; The transfer of

        technics and production experience is protected.

    5. In accordance with applicable laws and the major industry

        practices, disclose business activities, structure of the

        corporation, financial status and performance information

        with complete and correct way.

    6. Treat customers, suppliers and compertitors fairly. Provide

        measures that protect customer's information.

    7. Protect corporation's property so that it can be used

        effectively.

    8. Comliance with government laws and regulations,including

         internal trading related decrees.

    9. The procedure of reporting the violation of coporate laws,

          appropriate proposal according to this policy and report

          to the manager level personnel, to ensure implementation

GCE do not only require our own practice but also requests the cooperation of our suppliers, to promote social and environmental responsibility and in according with international purchasing procedure practices.

     Refuse procurement of Conflict Metals

     1. Gold Circuit Electronics refuses to purchase any kind of   

         conflict metals (Gold, Tantalum, Tungsten and Tin which

         output from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central

         Africa and other regions) for our product manufacturing.

     2. Gold Circuit Electronics will invite our suppliers to

         participate in refusing for conflict metals procurement

         (Gold, Tantalum, Tungsten and Tin which output from the

         Democratic Republic of Congo, Central Africa and other

         regions), as an important indicators of supplier selection.

     Consistent with International norms

     Gold Circuit Electronics commits to purchase the raw

     materials which meet the code of conducts  such as ROHS,

     GP, QC080000 and etc.

     Fair Commercial Behavior

     Fairly treatment to all our customers and suppliers.

     Avoid conflict of interest  

     1. Any conflict of interest with the company should be report in

         accordance with procedures.

     2. Does not offer and accept bribes or other forms of improper
